Combining elements of Yoga, Pilates, guided meditation, breath work, and mindfulness practices, this session offers a peaceful and restorative experience that complements the school day.

Perfect for in-class wellbeing sessions, mental health awareness days, or as part of your physical education and SEL (Social and Emotional Learning) curriculum.

  • Stretch & Move: Gentle, guided movements from Yoga and Pilates to help release tension, improve posture, and build body awareness.
