Faye's Story So Far...
Faye began her remarkable journey in the vibrant London West End theatres as a professional dancer peforming in multiple westend shows. Beyond the stage Faye dedicated herself to inspiring children through dance and drama workshops throughout the UK and Ireland.
Embracing motherhood with her three wonderful kids, Faye furthered her commitment to well-being by earning a diploma in Children’s and Young People Mental Health and Wellbeing, becoming a qualified mental health first aider.
As a passionate yoga and Pilates teacher, she recognized the vital link between physical and mental health, leading her to establish Workshops For Wellness in collaboration with Head Teachers, OFST, and educators, fostering a healthier future in schools.
